CASE STUDY · WORDPRESS MULTISITE
Jooble: 10+ localized blogs.
One scalable platform.
We consolidated Jooble’s separate blogs into one WordPress Multisite platform, implemented the client’s new design, and migrated around 1,000 posts while preserving critical SEO data. A new localized blog can now be launched in about two hours instead of weeks.

01
One content platform serving multiple markets.
Jooble operates localized blogs across different countries and serves two distinct audiences: job seekers through B2C content and employers through B2B publications.
As the network expanded, managing these blogs as separate websites became increasingly difficult to maintain and scale.
02
Growth was creating more duplicated work.
Although the blogs shared similar designs and functionality, each operated as a separate website. Updates had to be repeated, maintenance became more complex, and launching a new localized blog could take weeks.
Jooble needed a way to expand into new markets faster without sacrificing local flexibility, existing content, or SEO foundations.
03
One shared foundation. Room for local differences.
We designed the new architecture around WordPress Multisite, bringing administration, shared functionality, and development into one network.

Common updates can now be deployed centrally, while individual blogs retain the flexibility required for specific markets. Each new blog starts with an existing structure, design, and configuration — reducing setup from weeks to around two hours.

04
Two audiences without two separate platforms.
Working from designs supplied by Jooble, we implemented a shared system for both B2C and B2B blogs while supporting different languages, content structures, and audience-specific functionality.
B2B blogs, for example, include reader subscription functionality, while both formats remain part of the same maintainable codebase and platform architecture.

05
Migrating ≈1,000 posts without leaving SEO behind.
Moving the existing content was a critical part of the transition. We migrated around 1,000 posts across languages together with their content structure, images, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
Most existing URLs were preserved. Where URLs had to change, redirects were mapped to the corresponding pages on the new platform to protect existing search visibility and avoid unnecessary disruption.
Post content and structure
Around 1,000 posts migrated across languages, preserving their content and structure.
Images
Existing article images transferred alongside their associated content.
Meta titles and descriptions
Existing SEO titles and meta descriptions carried over to the new platform.
Existing URLs and redirects
Most URLs kept unchanged, with redirects configured wherever addresses changed.
06
Built to scale beyond the initial launch.
The platform was designed not only to replace the existing blogs, but to make future growth easier. New markets can be added without starting another website project from scratch, while improvements to shared functionality can be rolled out across the network.
The same system also supports a consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile without creating separate implementations for each localized blog.

07
Technical leadership and ongoing engineering partnership.
Our role covered platform architecture, custom development, implementation of Jooble’s designs, content migration, and technical leadership throughout the project. We worked directly with Jooble’s team, aligning technical decisions and keeping the solution consistent across the network.
Core development took three months, followed by migration and further improvements. After launch, we continued supporting the platform and implementing new technical and SEO requirements as Jooble’s network evolved.
